** PARKING **
There is ample parking for three or four vehicles in the area at the top of the driveway. Boat trailers, horse trailers, motorcycle trailers or oversized vehicles may also be accommodated on the homestead property just below the Lodge with advance arrangements made at the time of booking. Just let us know what you’ve got.
** ADDITIONAL LODGING **
Need more room or looking for a different experience? Our tiny house on the homestead is just one mailbox down the road and sleeps up to four.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and 100-acre property. There are three locked owners closets in the home that guests do not have access to.

When you request a booking, we will provide additional information about this unique property and will be happy to answer any questions you have so that you can be sure Little Folk-Art Lodge is the right experience for you. We will also provide the standard Short Term Vacation Rental Agreement required by North Carolina law for your review.
