Welcome to Sunshine Paradise, a modern 2025 waterfront vacation rental in the heart of Cape Coral.

→ A retractable fence in the pool area for your children's protection, sliding door locks unreachable to children and a beep alarm in all doors reaching the pool. We can turn it off upon request or assign a specific schedule.
→ Full outdoor kitchen, smart TV, Blackstone grill (propane gas provided), outdoor shower
→ Staff in premises: We guarantee full privacy during your stay. Our landscaping and pool services will resume operations after your stay. We'll always communicate in advance and keep any disruption to a minimum.

House Rules
→ Early Check-in or Late Check-out requests: We love to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible! However, this is subject to availability and our cleaning schedule. If we have guests checking in/out the same day, we need the full turnover window to ensure the villa is cleaned to our 5-star hotel standard. Please message us in advance, and we will do our best to make it happen.
→ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum and avoid loud music during these hours.
→ No pets allowed. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are allowed with prior authorization. A $200 per stay will apply for authorized Emotional Support Animals. A deep cleaning due to excessive shedding, hair or dander will result in additional fees. Visitors are not allowed to bring their pets.
→ Smoking is only allowed OUTSIDE the pool area or at the dock. Please, clean up any smoking remnants. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the house, screened porch and/or parking areas. Any signs of smoking inside the property will incur a $500 smell cleaning treatment.
→ No parties of any kind are allowed. If cops are called due to loud noises or disturbance, you will be asked to leave without a refund of any kind. There is a device that measures sound decibels to prevent unauthorized parties, loud noises or disturbances but does NOT record voices or private conversations.
→ No unapproved visitors: Acknowledged day visitors can’t stay overnight.
→ No glass is allowed in or near the pool area.
→ Do not place hot items directly on the Quartz countertops (inside or outside). Failure to use hot pads (provided) can result in severe damage to the Quartz and may incur in a replacement fee.
→ The thermostat won’t set below 72º as it will cause the air conditioner to freeze and stop working.
→ Do not flush baby wipes, facial wipes or feminine products.
→ Keep all vehicles off the grass.
→ Disconnecting the wifi is not allowed.
→ Please note that RVs need a 10-day permit from the city (capecoral.gov), trailers and boats are NOT permitted in the driveway due to city’s ordinances. To avoid fines, please plan accordingly.
→ Unreported issues or guest damages will be charged at full repair or replacement cost to the booking guest.
→ Long-term rentals (more than 2 weeks) require extra cleaning, especially when Service Animals are involved.
