Everything! It was a beautiful room, clean and comfortable.

Quiet comfortable and good access to various locations

The television was overly complicated

5 minute walk from Middleton Beach. Ideal location for walking to nearby beach, wine bar, fish and chips and Mount Clarence.

All was great.

Looked lovely on 1st arrival. Strong hot shower (but took a long time to get hot), good quality toilet paper, clean, make up remover hand towel, clean white towels and when we asked for a couple of extra towels for xmas day it was not a problem.

1. We arrived in the dark and his driving instructions were very hard to follow to actually find the accommodation. 2. When we arrived there were two barking dogs and we heard them barking again on one other occasion. 3. We were aware that there were steps we had to climb, but there were no handrails, the bottom 4 steps had no lighting, so it was considered (by us) to be extremely dangerous. 4. In the description it stated that there was a wardrobe, but there was no such thing - only 5 coat hangers hanging on a steel rod which meant I could only hang 5 items of clothing and my partner had nothing to hang his clothes on. 5. In the compendium it stated that the washing machine was available till 8pm and AFTER the cleaners had gone. So for us to use the WM we would have had to wait till after 11am. When we did do washing (before 8pm) there was no room left on the clothes line because the cleaners had taken all the line with their cleaning clothes, sheets and other laundry items. So we were forced to hang our washing in our room. 6. There was a BBQ for guests to use. However, that would be impossible due to the filthy condition. The grill was rusty, the base was filled with old grease, obviously not cleaned for a long time, and the drip tray was full and overflowing with excess fats. There was a flat grill plate that was greasy when we picked it up, and there coastal BBQ grill sheet on the other side. Anyone who was fool enough to use the BBQ, their food would have been contaminated with a found smell of old rancid fat. 7. We tried to use the microwave oven, but discovered it was not switched on at the power point, which meant we had to get down on our hands and knees so as to be able to pull the microwave out, reach in behind it, switch it on another PowerPoint, then push it back into its cavity. This caused me to hurt my back. 8. Although the bathroom was lovely and clean, the floor tiles were extremely slippery when wet. 9.
