Guest Access:

Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for any locked owner closets. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock with an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



PARKING: Free street parking is available around the property (no private garage or driveway available).We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4:00 PM as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you!

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the area. The property is conveniently located near major roads, offering easy access to downtown Scottsdale, hiking destinations, and nearby Arizona attractions.



Other Things to Note:

🔞 AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this requirement unless prior approval has been granted by Hoste.

🚭 SMOKING: No smoking inside the property.

🤫 QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM per city ordinance. Please be courteous of neighbors.

🚫 🔥 FIRE: Wood-burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited.

🐾 PETS: This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort of all guests. No animals are permitted on the premises (standard service animals are exempt from this rule) .

🗑️ TRASH: Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave trash out overnight.

🛠️ MAINTENANCE: We do not have onsite maintenance unlike hotels, but all requests are handled ASAP.

🌿LANDSCAPING: Please note that our landscaping team may service the exterior of the property during your stay. You may see them working outside.



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.
