Welcome to Casa Elja, a cozy Spanish cottage in the peaceful countryside outside Valencia. It’s a great place for anyone spending some time in the area who would rather have their own home than stay in an apartment or hotel room.
Casa Elja is located on the grounds of Villa Torrent, between Torrent and Montserrat and surrounded by nature. Despite the peaceful setting, the location is surprisingly convenient. Supermarkets, restaurants, and other everyday amenities are about a 10-minute drive away. Valencia Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, and downtown Valencia can be reached in about 30 minutes.
The nearby A7 and A3 highways also provide easy access to Valencia, Alicante, Madrid, and the surrounding area.
Casa Elja is set up as a fully equipped home. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms with spacious closets. Both bedrooms have double beds with quality mattresses, one measuring 160 x 200 cm (63 x 79 in) and the other 140 x 200 cm (55 x 79 in). The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals and a comfortable living room where you can relax.
Outside, you’ll have your own private fenced garden with a terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing, or simply enjoying the Spanish lifestyle.
Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool, sauna, and yoga terrace. Fitness equipment is available as well. Your car can be parked safely on the property under the covered carport near the entrance.
And then there are Villa Torrent’s 11 chickens, so fresh eggs are part of the experience.
