Covering an area of 80 m2, it offers a cosy space spread over two levels with three bedrooms. On the ground floor, a bright living room opens onto the terrace through a glass door, accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen area including an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and all the necessary crockery. You can prepare your meals and dine comfortably at the wooden table in the living room or outside on the terrace. A double bedroom with independent access, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a laundry corner, and a cupboard complete the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with two single beds and a smaller bedroom with a single bed. The accommodation also features a television and free WIFI access for your comfort and entertainment.
