Welcome to Sumac, a bright and cozy private 2-bedroom condo near Horsetooth Lake, scenic mountain trails, CSU, and a short drive to Estes Park. This peaceful retreat features an open living area filled with natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and one king and one queen bedroom designed for restful sleep. Outdoor parking is included for convenience. Ideal for families, couples, or travelers seeking a comfortable, practical home base close to Northern Colorado’s best attractions.
2 bedrooms - recently painted (1 king size bed; 1 queen bed, and desk); a full bathroom; a small laundry closet with washer and dryer; an open concept sunken living room, with a couch and television / counter height dining-area for four / and full kitchen; and an enclosed yard with outdoor eating space just a few feet from the front door. 1-2 parking spots available just outside the entrance.
This property is functional and clean, though not brand new.

We respect your privacy and are available as much or as little as you prefer. We respond promptly to questions or concerns to help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
For longer stays, optional mid-stay cleanings can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Cleaning supplies are provided, and guests are kindly asked to maintain reasonable tidiness during their visit.

There are multi-family homes in this area. The drive-in movies is a couple of minutes away. Very close to many hiking and biking trails. Overlooking the “A” (CSU’s legendary mark on the foothills). 10-15 minute drive from CSU`s main campus and Old Town Fort Collins. 5-15 minutes from grocery, restaurants, shopping, hiking, and more.
They have access to 2 parking spaces in the back.
The condo is located in a quiet, residential area at the edge of town, offering easy access to nature and nearby trails. While the neighborhood is simple and lived-in, it is peaceful and safe. You’ll enjoy added privacy being situated toward the back of the property. We’re continually improving the outdoor areas to enhance the overall experience.
