The accommodation features two comfortable bedrooms, with one queen bed and one double bed, along with two modern bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. The bedrooms open onto a private courtyard with direct access to the waterfront promenade, where you can enjoy a morning coffee, an evening stroll along the harbour, or make use of the private BBQ grill for relaxed outdoor dining.
While there is no full kitchen, a convenient kitchenette trolley is provided with a microwave, air fryer, kettle, and essential crockery and cutlery, making it easy to prepare light meals and snacks during your stay. Please note that there is no laundry available within the accommodation.

Please note: This property is not wheelchair accessible. As it is a waterfront residence, access to the unit is via stairs from Water Street. Guests will need to walk from Water Street down to the unit. Street parking is available on Water Street, and from there, it is a short walk with stairs to reach the property. We recommend this accommodation only for guests who are comfortable using stairs and carrying their luggage.

Other Things to Note:
An initial supply of linen, bath towels and toiletries (hand wash and toilet paper as a minimum) will be provided.
Security Bond: A $1,500 security bond is required 7 days before check-in. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (small card fee applies). The bond is held during your stay and released within 14 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
