Welcome to our modern cottage in the beautiful family area of Lake Balboa, Los Angeles, California! This stunning home has been upgraded and remodeled throughout, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. You'll love the attention to detail and modern finishes that make this home truly special.
Step outside and you'll find a lovely backyard with outdoor furniture, and a saltwater pool. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
The Space:
Covello Oasis is a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom and 2 beautiful bathrooms home the resembles the perfect Airbnb. A feeling of home but with hotel quality beds and new furniture. The sofa even has a sleeper. This house is wonderful for gatherings and has a great layout. We offer comfortable rollaway beds to be delivered at $99 each per stay.
Master Bedroom-has a CA King and Tv
2 guests (you could order one rollaway bed to be placed in the master for a 3rd person)

This home is in a very nice family neighborhood. It’s close to famous Balboa Park. All the best restaurants are located on Ventura Boulevard which is just 10 minutes away.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended to explore Los Angeles. Uber and rideshare services are also readily available.
Other Things to Note:
Mobility ramps are available for step-free access free of charge. Please let us know if you will be needing them prior to your arrival.
Utilities are $25 per day for 28-day plus stays.
This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
