About this house rental
Unwind in your own private Hollywood Hills retreat - a two-story luxury guesthouse with a secluded guest-only pool surrounded by mature bamboo. Sip your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the Hollywood Hills and watch iconic LA palm trees swaying in the distance. Thoughtfully designed, peaceful, and just minutes to famed attractions including Universal Studios, the Sunset Strip, Walk of Fame, and the Hollywood Bowl.
The space
This is our 1BR/1BA guesthouse, located at the back of our property adjacent to the pool/spa area. We live in the main house at the front of the property and are always available if you need anything. Guests have their own private separate entry, parking for up to two cars, and private guest-only access to the pool/spa area and backyard during their stay. The convenient location is in a historic neighborhood at the base of the Hollywood Hills, just minutes walk from Runyon Canyon. Sorry but no pets allowed, no parties, and no outside guests. Please note there is a security camera with views of the driveway only for security purposes. There is no camera in the backyard or in front of the guesthouse.

Pool heating available for $50/day, plus one-time $50 heating fee. Pool takes around 12 hours to heat so advance notice is needed.

Guest access
Besides the guesthouse, guests have access to the entire backyard area. They also have two reserved parking spaces that are gated located in the driveway immediately in front of the guesthouse. The pool/hot tub area is for guest use only and is not shared with the hosts. We will not be using the backyard space during your stay for your privacy and serenity.
Other things to note
The backyard is surrounded by mature trees. While the guesthouse will always be guaranteed clean on arrival, the backyard is subject to the elements and during some months we get a lot of leaves. We try to keep it tidy between weekly pool/yard cleanings but cannot guarantee a leaf-free yard. We'd be happy to use our leaf blower to tidy up if requested. Since this is our home, we just ask that you treat the property and our neighbors with respect so we can all enjoy the LA sunshine together.
