Nestled in Wolfeboro, this adorable lakeside cottage offers a soothing retreat for guests seeking comfort and charm. The cottage is lake side and the beach just steps away.
With two bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and twin bed, and comfortable living room, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. The two bathrooms include thoughtful touches with full amenities and all remodeled bathrooms with Victorian tub, shower, well lighted mirrors.
All the comforts of home to make your stay even easier.
This summer cottage has both air conditioning and also space heaters when needed for any chilly days. Boat launch to Mirror lake is 1 mile away and boat launch to Lake Winnepauskee is just down the street. 1/4 mile away. You can bring your kayaks and launch right in front of the cottage. There is a fire pit with some town restrictions for burning and a wonderful screened in porch for having coffee and breakfast or just hanging out.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, wonderful gas Jenn-Aire range with griddle, all sorts of kitchen supplies and an eat in island. The dining room can sit multiple people and opens on to the screen porch. We even have a pull up bar in the back of the cottage for those that must get in a bit of exercise while away.
The town of Wolfeboro is 5 minutes away. All dining and shopping, groceries etc are very close by. There is the weekly Farmers Market on Thursdays. A MUST to attend. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet mornings, this terrific home provides a welcoming space to recharge. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Wolfeboro.
