• River Dynamics: The waterfront is not suitable for swimming due to a rock ledge and current, but it offers spectacular views, fishing opportunities, and peaceful boat watching in warmer months.
• Neighborhood Proximity: Located in a calm, respectful residential neighborhood just a 5-minute drive to downtown restaurants, a 9-minute walk to the local pub, and a 15-minute walk to the Memorial Centre.

🐾 PET-FRIENDLY STAYCATIONS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs under 70 lbs to enjoy the retreat with you!
• $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per stay.
• Pets must be house-trained and are not permitted on furniture or bedding.
• Please note the massive waterfront yard is not fully enclosed or escape-proof; guests accept full responsibility for their pets` safety.

🧳 WHAT TO BRING FOR THE BEST SPA EXPERIENCE
• Bathing suits & non slip outdoor sandals for moving between the sauna and hot tub.
• Your favorite local ingredients to cook
• Ample parking is available on-site for up to 4 vehicles. Your experienced co-host and Superhost are available to assist with any questions throughout your stay!
• No parties or events
• Access to the property is limited to guests included in the booking
• No smoking indoors or near entryways
• Please respect neighbours and keep noise at a reasonable level
• Watch children at all times around cold plunge and waters edge

Hot Tub Safety:
• Children under 5 years old should not enter the hot tub
• Children under 12 must be actively supervised by an adult (18+) at all times
• Please secure the hot tub cover whenever it is not in use
• Never leave children unattended around water, children should remain in an arms length of an adult

Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host guests with dogs - no other animals, please.

Please review the following guidelines:

• $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per stay
• Up to 2 dogs allowed (70 lbs and under) - please note we cannot accommodate more than this.
• No pets on furniture or bedding
• Pets must be house-trained
• Do not leave pets unattended in house
• Please clean up after your pet - place pet waste in bags, tied closed then place in the garbage
• Guests accept full responsibility for their pets and any associated damages or disturbances
• Any excessive cleaning, damage, or pet hair may result in additional charges
