Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned house with a hot tub for rent in Plainfaing. It has a floor area of 228 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It comprises a 40 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 350 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and two upper floors.
On the ground floor, accessible via a few steps, you’ll find:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, sofa and wood-burning stove (pellets provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine and SENSEO coffee machine...
- A conservatory with a dining area
- A separate toilet
On the mezzanine level, you will find:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a child’s bed
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A games room with table football, table tennis and darts
On the first floor, you will find:
- A reading nook on the mezzanine
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bedroom with four single beds (90×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- A hot tub available all year round, seating 6 people
- A beautiful, private, fenced-in front garden of 350 m²

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and are dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- Air conditioning is available in the conservatory and the games room: leaving it on will, of course, cool the other rooms as well.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- There is a security camera at the front of the property, facing the car park and the entrance. The camera will be switched off during your stay.
- The shed at the back of the house does not belong to us.
