Set on a large, private natural lot on Lolland, this newly built house—completed in 2026—offers plenty of space for the whole family. It’s just a short walk to the water, and the tranquility of the property is clearly felt, even though there’s plenty of activity and things to do in the area.
From the living room, large windows offer views of the trees, and deer occasionally peek in. The alcove in the living room has quickly become a favorite spot to retreat to, and the outdoor shower lets you enjoy a shower under the open sky after a day at the beach.
Small sunny nooks and terraces have been created around the house, so you can always find shelter, peace, or sunshine depending on the weather. The property is large and private, and you’ll really feel that as you move around the house’s outdoor areas.
