Centrally located and fully equipped apartament with one bedroom, kitchen, living room, balcony and private parking space.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and two foldaway beds - one single bed and another 140x200cm for up to 1 adult or 2 children.
The living room is fully furnished with sofa, TV, dining table, internet and access to the balcony.
The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. With basic kitchen utensils plus dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, raclette and fondue set and more.
The renovated bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and the parking space for one car is right in front of the house.

Despite its central location just a few meters from the bus stop, supermarket, restaurants, and bars, the area is peaceful – ideal for families looking for a restful mountain escape.
There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired.
The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter.
Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
