This was one of the best vacations we have stayed at in OBX. The home was clean, spacious and the location was on par! Cove Realty was a wonderful host! We always have the best service from them. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

my friends and i typically go to cape cod every year, but we’re more spread out across the country now and figured the outer banks would be a great place for a trip instead. the house was great - very clean and super close to the sound. we were close to everything we needed and wanted to do. cove realty was easy to work with as the host too!

The property was nice but it wasn’t cleaned very well! The kitchen needs updated utensil’s, including more sharp knives, pots and pans, and microwaveable glass dishes with covers!
The mattress on the queen bed with twin above, was way too soft! It felt like an air mattress that had lost air!
It is centrally located so it made it easy to get to the area attractions.

The property was more than I expected. Our family absolutely loved it! The Dave Mathews Decor was a bonus. If I had to have one negative, and this is purely a personal negative, the King temperpedic bed was very firm. I am a soft bed guy so it wasn’t the most comfortable to me. However, again, that is nothing that the host could fix. The kitchen provided plenty of space for our family meals. The hot tub was amazing. We didn’t use the backyard. I would recommend this home 100%!!!
