Beautiful 1 Bedroom Apartment – Free Wifi – Large Terrace with Sea View

Welcome to our rural, rustic property in the southwest of Gran Canaria. As self-catering guests, you will find everything you need for your stay. The 'Esquina' apartment offers 45 m² of living space and a large private sun terrace. There is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm), a kitchen, bathroom, living area, and access to the shared pool and garden. Parking is available on secure private grounds. Nearby attractions are reachable by car in about 15–40 minutes: Faro Maspalomas (beach), Playa de Ingles (beach), Palmitos Park, Aqualand Maspalomas, and the airport. A rental car is required! The cleaning fee covers final cleaning. Please observe our house rules. The apartment is on a private estate where our cats also live. The pool is for our guests. We have 4 apartments with pool access. The pool is not heated.

At our finca in Gran Canaria, you can enjoy the shared outdoor pool and garden, as well as an outdoor shower.



The finca is set in a rural area in the southwest, 15–40 minutes by car from Faro Maspalomas Beach, Playa del Inglés, Palmitos Park, Aqualand Maspalomas, and the airport.



The apartments are rustic, well equipped, and offer beautiful sea views.



A rental car is required.



Each apartment has a parking space on the gated private property, with additional street parking available.



Your hosts live on site, but not in your accommodation.
