About this house rental
Charming house in the Périgord countryside but close to amenities, located near major tourist sites (10 minutes from Terrasson-Lavilledieu and 20 from Hautefort, 15 from Montignac-Lascaux, motorway entrance 5 minutes away). Between Périgueux and Sarlat.
Equipped kitchen, large living area with functional fireplace. Large outdoor terrace with two tables, one of which is under a beautiful wisteria, as well as a 6-seater spa with whirlpool and a barbecue.
On the first floor with wifi access.
Small adjacent forest that provides shade and coolness in summer.
Two-storey house with 3 bedrooms including a master suite with shower room, a mezzanine with folding bed for 2 people, a bathroom downstairs, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle). Washing machine and drying rack. Linen provided, as well as pillows and duvets and cot for babies.
Parking space for 4 spaces to be able to park easily.
Breathtaking view of the valley and the sunset, night sky ideal for stargazing.
Pets welcome! However, beware of animals in search of freedom, the land is not fenced.
A holiday home designed to offer you the same level of comfort as at home, including:
- For toddlers: travel cot, stroller, booster seat for the meal with padding if necessary
- ironing board and iron available
- WIFI with free TV
- a waterproof socket at the back of the house on the parking side to allow you to charge electric vehicles (standard charging, not fast charging)
- for the comfort of your pets, we provide 2 dog bowls, 2 cat bowls and a litter box
