“Green Haven” Guest Room in the Marais Breton Vendéen, 25 min from Noirmoutier

The “Green Haven” guest room in Châteauneuf welcomes you to a 28 m² space for 2 guests—a cozy studio with kitchenette, set in a wooden extension crafted by my carpenter husband.



You’ll enjoy a private open terrace with garden furniture and no overlooking neighbors, a kitchenette, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, a smart TV, fan, and a courtesy tray with tea and coffee. The bed is 160 x 200 cm with a Bultex mattress. The room is tastefully decorated for a cozy atmosphere. Independent entrance and single-level layout for added comfort.



Breakfast is included and served in our veranda from 8:30 to 10 am.

“Le Cocon du Sorcier” is a unique 16 m² room with two single beds that can be joined, inspired by the magical world of HP.



Breakfast, made with homemade and local products, is served in the veranda overlooking the pond.



You can enjoy a shared 2-hectare garden, certified for biodiversity and recognized by the LPO. Hiking and cycling trails start directly from the house.



The Passage du Gois is 14 km away, the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts and Saint-Jean-de-Monts are 20 minutes by car, the ferry to Île d’Yeu is about 20-25 minutes, and Noirmoutier is 25 minutes away.
