The apartment is located in the Rodadero Sur neighborhood, in a quiet area close to the commercial district.
The space is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and enjoy time with your family:
* Master bedroom with a private bathroom, a queen-size bed, a double trundle bed, a walk-in closet, air conditioning, and a 42-inch TV, with a beautiful view of the Sierra Nevada.
* Second bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and air conditioning.
* Full bathroom equipped with a shower.
* Living room furnished with a sofa bed and a "puff" style seat, plus air conditioning.
* Open kitchen with a range hood, cooking utensils, three bar stools, a refrigerator, and a washing machine with a clothesline in a separate area.
* Balcony overlooking the Sierra Nevada, furnished with comfortable chairs to enjoy the atmosphere.
Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a fire safety system that includes smoke and gas detectors, as well as sprinklers, to ensure your stay is safe.

To access the building’s common areas, you must purchase a wristband. The cost is 18,000 COP per adult and child, and payment is a one-time fee; children under 10 are exempt from the wristband fee.
