An appealing, coastal-themed cottage in Holme-next-the-Sea, this delightful retreat is perfect for a Norfolk seaside getaway. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom holiday home is ideal for a family or two couples on a break together, especially if they are seeking a generous garden for outside relaxation. Situated just over 1 mile from the stretching, golden sands of the North Norfolk coast, the property is 2 miles from Old Hunstanton Beach, with its famous, stripey cliffs. Hunstanton itself, a hub of family entertainment, with amusements and a Sea Life Centre, is 3 miles away. Follow a section of the Norfolk Coast Path during your stay. Visit the magnificent Royal Sandringham Estate, 12 miles away, and Houghton Hall and Gardens, 12.5 miles away. Brancaster Beach, 5 miles away, is popular with families, while Morston Quay, 20.5 miles away, makes a great day out for those wishing to book a seal-watching boat trip.

The kitchen space is well equipped with everything you need to help you cater for your party using the fresh North Norfolk produce you have bought and there is a breakfast bar to perch at with a glass of wine as Sunday lunch roasts. Dine at the table in here or out in the garden. The open-plan space leads into a lovely sunroom, where you can watch an alternative Smart TV or simply unwind with a cup of tea and look out over the garden. Open the doors here so everyone can wander out in the summer months. Also downstairs, are a handy boot room, a WC and a single bedroom with an egress window. Your remaining bedrooms, a family room, with a double bed and bunks, and a king-size room, are on the first floor, together with the family bathroom.
