HOUSEKEEPING
There are no daily housekeeping services provided. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
HOUSE RULES
- Parties are strictly prohibited. If guests host any parties, we will have to charge a $600 fee.
- This property is SMOKE-FREE. We will need to apply a $800 fee if we find any smoking was present.
- Child-friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children at all times.
- Check out is at 11 am. We might have to charge a fee if the property is not cleared out by the time cleaners arrive. Please let us know if late check-out is needed! We will try our best to accommodate.

Optional pool heating is available upon request for $50 per day and must be applied for the entire stay. As heating may take 24 hours, please give advanced notice. Please note that same-day requests might not be possible.
