Ideally situated at the foot of the Chantemerle slopes and just 150 metres from the ski lifts, this luxury chalet is within easy reach of all the local shops, promising you an exceptional car-free holiday. With its tasteful décor, cosy atmosphere, exclusive spa area and breathtaking views of the legendary Luc Alphand slope, it is the perfect place for a memorable holiday with family or friends in the heart of Serre Chevalier. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the garden level (level -1)
– A practical entrance hall with built-in cupboards
– A ski room equipped with a built-in boot-drying system for your comfort when you return from the slopes
– A superb wellness area featuring a private jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, a shower and a toilet for moments of total relaxation
– A fully equipped utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, washbasin and sink
On the ground floor (level 0)
– A bright main entrance hall with storage space
– A large, light-filled living area centred around a cosy central wood-burning fireplace
– A double lounge dedicated to relaxation, featuring a cosy reading nook and a TV area fitted with a home cinema system
