Cocoonr offers this charming 55 m² flat for rent, nestled in the attic on the top floor of a typical Hautes-Alpes country house. With its A-shaped architecture reminiscent of the cosy atmosphere of a cabin in the forest, this atypical living space is very bright from morning to night.
Located in a peaceful setting on the edge of a forest, it offers a haven of peace and quiet, yet is only a 2-minute drive from the centre of Briançon and 5 minutes from the ski slopes. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The accommodation comprises
- A functional entrance hall with storage cupboard
- A bright living room including a large lounge with television, a sofa bed (140x190) and a dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room
- A small dormitory mezzanine accessible by a half-level staircase from the living room, ideal for children with two single beds (80x190) on the floor under the roof frame
- A comfortable double bedroom accessible by a second half-level staircase, with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe
- An en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC
Exterior:
- A large communal garden to the rear of the house, with a magnificent view over Briançon and the valley, ideal for relaxing in the heart of nature.
For even greater comfort, linen is provided and your beds will be made up for your arrival.
