Family Friendly W/Backyard Oasis

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! We offer 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with all the amenities you need for family stays. Located off State Park Rd, we have a convenient location to all that Greenville, Cherrydale, and Travelers Rest have to offer. We are kid and pet friendly with a large backyard. Please ensure all guests and pets are included on your reservation prior to booking.

This is a spacious single family home located on a quiet street. We do have neighbors in close proximity. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV, full bathroom (bath tub and shower) along with two sinks.

There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The secondary bathroom has a full sink and bath tub/shower.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you might need. It includes a full size fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, toaster oven, blender, etc.

The outdoor area has seating, a fireplace, kids playset, and grill. The yard is unfenced. There are neighbors on all three sides.

We love helping guests make their stay extra special! We offer add-ons including early check-in, late checkout, welcome baskets, celebration decorations, and romance packages. Just message us after booking and we'll take care of the details.

Before check-in: Primary Renter must complete a quick verification process; sign a rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and authorize a temporary security hold on a credit card. You'll receive a link after booking. This must be completed prior to arrival.
