About this apartment rental
The Villas of Island Club Condos are close to all Disney Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, International Drive and 90 minutes from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals and the Kennedy Space Center. It's located in a quiet and peaceful gated community and is perfect for couples, families or business travelers.
Fully furnished with well equipped kitchen. Starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags (guests replenish as needed)

Guest access
Guests will have full access to a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo that can sleep up to 6 people. They'll also have shared access to two pools, a fitness room, tennis courts and a community center.
Other things to note
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00AM
NOTE: There is a $50 late check-out fee and an additional $50 fee is charged for every hour that you occupy the Condo past 11:00AM. The charge will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your original form of payment. We ask that you respect the next guest and depart no later than 11:00AM so that our staff has sufficient time to prepare the next guest.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO!
Smoking inside the Condo will result in additional cleaning fees needed to eliminate the smell of tobacco smoke. Additional cleaning costs for sanitizing and deodorizing WILL BE CHARGED TO GUESTS!
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED!!!!! Guests found with any type of animal in the unit will lose their deposit and will be asked to leave immediately and may also incur a cleaning fee of the pets.
Quiet times are from 10:00PM - 6:00AM.
Clubhouse hours are from 8:00AM - 8:00PM.
Pool and Spa hours are from "Daylight to Dusk".
