About this cottage rental
This stylish and welcoming cottage is ideal for two couples or a family of four who can enjoy the tranquillity of the Cornish countryside. Take off on foot or bike along the Camel Trail (0.5 miles), a scenic, traffic-free route running from Padstow to Wenfordbridge. Visit the picturesque town of Bodmin (5.5 miles) with its historic Georgian jail museum and a range of eateries and shops. Explore the scenic Bodmin Moor National Landscape (10 miles), which boasts panoramic views, prehistoric sites, and is home to abundant wildlife. If you fancy a day by the coast, visit the seaside town of Rock (13.5 miles), which has a lovely beach, and a ferry that will take you over the estuary to the fishing port of Padstow, known for its many seafood restaurants. About 9 miles away lies the market town of Wadebridge with its independent shops and cycle hire opportunities.
Leave the car in your private parking area and step into this welcoming property, first entering the stylish kitchen. Here, you can easily prepare and cook meals, before heading through to the adjacent dining room that is filled with natural light. Tidy away the meals and get stuck into a board game, or get cosy in the lounge in front of the Smart TV and a warming wood burner. Two lovely king-size bedrooms sit beneath beamed ceilings. Both have skylights. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a contemporary family shower room with a WC.
