We offer our 51-square-meter “Grüntenblick” vacation rental for 1–2 people, as well as our 120-square-meter “Illertal” vacation rental for 1–5 people
The apartments are located on a quiet side street in the heart of the brewery village of Rettenberg—a great starting point for hikes and bike rides in the summer, and cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, and tobogganing in the winter.
Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find a bakery with a small grocery section, two restaurants, and an e-bike rental shop. Rettenberg even has a small, family-friendly outdoor swimming pool. In and around Rettenberg, there are also several farm stands that sell their products—such as cheese, butter, eggs, sausage, and meat—directly to customers.
There are also several electric vehicle charging stations in the immediate vicinity.

We rent out sleds and snowshoes for a small fee
Illertal Vacation Rental:
Our newly renovated Illertal apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed; the larger bedroom includes an extra bed, a spacious living room with a tiled stove (approx. 38 sqm) and satellite TV, as well as a large kitchen-living area with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, and a bathroom with a tub and shower and a separate toilet. Our vacation apartment has a south- and west-facing balcony. Upon request, we can also provide a travel crib in the bedroom. For our younger guests, we can provide a high chair upon request. To help protect the environment, we provide our guests with a Soda Club.
Bed linens and towels are included.
On-site costs: Booking confirmation: As soon as we are able (we are sometimes on vacation ourselves), you will receive a confirmation via email after booking. Payment terms: Payment of the total amount is due at the time of booking via bank transfer to our account; we will send you the account details via email. If you need to cancel your reservation after it has been made, you may do so up to 6 weeks before arrival; otherwise, we reserve the right to retain 90% of the deposit. Of course, we will make every effort to re-rent the vacation rental, but we still recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Please keep in mind that a visitor’s tax per person per day will be added to the cost. Pets are not allowed.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
