Nearby destinations bursting with charm include the market towns and seaside resorts of Holt, Aylsham, Cromer, and Sheringham (all within 10.5 miles). Follow the Norfolk Coast Path between Cromer and Sheringham to discover soft sand backed by colourful beach huts and traditional seaside attractions. Sample the region’s seafood in Sheringham or enjoy a show at the iconic theatre on Cromer Pier. Inland, explore grand country estates and beautifully landscaped gardens at Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall, and Holkham Hall (all within 28 miles) – the latter also home to a spectacular beach and nature reserve, ideal for long coastal walks.
