The space
A modern and luxurious 3-bedroom en-suite house located in Tse Addo, Accra.
Easy access to Kotoka International Airport, Cantonments, Spintex Road, and East Legon.
The house features a shared living room, open kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen (no cooking inside the main house). One bath towel is provided per each guest in all bedrooms for the duration of your stay. No wash cloths are provided.
The house is fully furnished with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. Wi-Fi is also available.
Catering available on request at an extra cost.
The property is cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival. For long stay guests, if assistance is needed with cleaning, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
Guest access
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and is strictly enforced. When a booking includes all 3 rooms, all rooms will be available to guests. Where a booking doesn't include all 3 rooms, only the requested room(s) will be available and the two remaining rooms will be locked. All other spaces are accessible to the guest during your stay. Note that cooking using the stove inside the house is prohibited. An outdoor kitchen is made available to you for all your cooking needs.
Other things to note
No events should be held at the property during the stay that exceeds the maximum allowed guests (6). We strictly enforce the maximum occupancy rules and extra guests will be removed from the property if this is noted at any time during your stay.
