Comfortable Living for Your Well-Being

Available since June 2022, lovingly furnished apartment, available since June 2022, is located on the top floor of our new building and offers plenty of space to relax across its 57 m². The barrier-free, non-smoking apartment is easily accessible by elevator or via the staircase.

The bright living and dining area, featuring underfloor heating, a cozy sitting area, and a large flat-screen TV, invites you to linger. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) ensures restful nights. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.

A special highlight is the 7 m² balcony with an impressive 180-degree panoramic view. Experience the sunrise over the Kaiserstuhl vineyards and enjoy the atmospheric evening sun over the Vosges Mountains—the perfect place to wind down the day with a glass of Kaiserstuhl wine.
