Welcome to The Studio Side: 1328 — a freshly renovated beach studio on 1st Street North, just a 60-second walk to the ocean. Step out your front door and the sand is right across the street.
The studio sleeps 2 on a queen bed with cotton linens and both firm and soft pillows. The open layout includes a full living area with television, a kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator, and a private bathroom. Everything is compact and functional — ideal for a couple or solo traveler who wants to spend time at the beach, not in the room.
The kitchenette is stocked for real meals: Keurig coffee maker, k-cups, blender, dish supplies, olive oil, salt, and pepper are all included. No need to stock up before you arrive. The bathroom comes with full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach towels are provided so you can walk straight to the water. Keyless entry means no key pickup — your door code is sent before arrival.
Five minutes on foot gets you to Salt Life Food Shack for seafood and surf vibes, or Mellow Mushroom for craft beer and pizza. Refinery Jax Beach, with its ocean views and upscale menu, is a 7-minute walk. The Jacksonville Beach Pier — great for a morning stroll or watching surfers — is about 12 minutes on foot.
The property is part of a triplex at 1328 1st Street North. All three units are available as short-term rentals — if you're traveling with another couple or small group, ask us about booking adjacent units. Free parking is included on the premises. A 2-minute drive takes you to Publix for groceries. Mayo Clinic is 10 minutes by car. Note: there is active construction in the area on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm — a heads-up worth knowing before you book.
Self check-in is seamless via keyless entry. High-speed WiFi, a sound machine, and air conditioning are all included. This is a great summer base for couples looking to beat the heat and spend long days at the water without spending big.
A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

Had a great time, located in great area!
Small refrigerator, but we did not need anything bigger.
Internet was unstable- could not watch tv and had bad reception for cell usage. Other than that was great!
