Making a perfect holiday retreat for couples and smaller families, this delightful single-level property is an ideal base for walkers, wildlife spotters, water sports fans and beach lovers keen to explore an unforgettable corner of North Cornwall. The property is ideally positioned for exploring the magical Trevose Head Heritage Coast, home to the beautiful Seven Bays Beaches, including Harlyn Bay, Treyarnon Bay and Constantine Bay, all within 4.5 miles. To the north, the cheerful town of Padstow (4 miles) is known for its historic harbour and superb seafood restaurants. Heading further along the coast, you can visit the delightful fishing village of Port Isaac or the lively seaside resort of Newquay, both within 15 miles. Other local attractions include the Bedruthan Steps, Camel Creek Family Adventure Park and Pencarrow House and Garden, all within 11 miles.
Entering this stylishly updated and tastefully decorated single-level holiday home, the inviting hallway leads through to the bright and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With a high vaulted and beamed ceiling, this airy and elegantly furnished room is perfect for you all to unwind in after a great day out. At one end, the cosy lounge has ample seating and a Smart TV, with light streaming in via the French doors. The central dining table is a sociable space for enjoying a family meal together, and the far end is occupied by a stylishly arranged and thoughtfully organised country-style kitchen with plenty of storage space and equipment for rustling up some favourite dishes. There's also a handy utility room with a washing machine and WC. When it's time to turn in for the night, you will have a choice of two cheerful, fresh and relaxing bedrooms: two lovely 6’ super king beds - one of which can be made up or twin on request. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space and a refreshing en-suite shower room.
French doors lead from the living area to the relaxing patio area, which has plenty of seating, making an ideal spot for a peaceful drink in the evening. An additional central garden area is shared with the other properties on-site – the perfect space for younger guests to run around and let off steam. Private off-road parking is available for two cars.
