Set on the edge of the charming Kent market town of Tenterden, this property is just a short stroll from the local independent shops, pubs, tearooms and restaurants. The local area has so much to offer, visitors can enjoy a guided tour and sample locally produced wines at both Chapel Down Vineyard and Biddenden vineyard, or enjoy a brewery tour at the The Old Dairy Brewery before hopping on a steam train at the Kent and East Sussex railway to nearby Bodiam Castle for a fun family day out. The historic Sissinghurst Castle Garden is a short drive by car, while the fantastic Kent and Sussex coastline can be reached in little over half an hour.
Enter the cottage via the patio doors which look out onto your private landscaped patio area and into the light and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. Enjoy relaxing on the comfy sofa with a good book or catch up on your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with ice box, and is perfect for creating romantic meals that can be enjoyed at the dining table and chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed, ample cupboard space for all your belongings and its own separate Smart TV. The property is completed with an en-suite shower room that has a walk-in shower and WC.
Outside there is a patio area with a table and chairs, the perfect spot for enjoying outdoor dining. There is a separate utility room located in the side of the garage and is shared with the adjoining cottage, with a washing machine and an electrically heated clothes horse for drying.
Can accommodate up to 4 guests if booked alongside Coldharbour Barn Apartment Two. Regret no children or babies.
