A charming getaway for families and friends, this light-filled second-floor apartment offers cosy and relaxing accommodation for up to six guests ready to discover this beautiful stretch of the Northumberland coast. The property lies in an idyllic spot on the edge of Seahouses, a vibrant and colourful fishing village with a choice of great pubs, cafes and restaurants. From the harbour, you can take a boat trip out to see the puffins and grey seals of the Farne Islands. Staying on the mainland, you can head north along the coastal path to impressive Bamburgh Castle (2.5 miles). The Holy Island of Lindisfarne is a little further away, 20 miles north. The sandy shores of Beadnell Bay sits 3.5 miles south. Other local attractions include Dunstanburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle and The Alnwick Garden, all within 15 miles.
Entering the building via the back door, two flights of steps lead up to this inviting apartment's private front door. Head inside to find space for leaving shoes and coats before walking up one flight of stairs to the apartment's chic main living area. A light, airy, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with dual-aspect windows offers stunning sea and beach views from the window seats. The spacious lounge has ample plush seating and a Smart TV, offering an ideal space for you all to relax in after a great day out. The stylishly arranged central dining table is perfect for enjoying a special family meal together, and the elegant, fully equipped kitchen provides a generous amount of workspace and plenty of storage. Exploring this tastefully presented retreat further, you will find three elegantly decorated bedrooms: a cosy king-size bedroom sits just off the main hallway, with its own en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms lead off from the landing along their own hallway: here you will find a charming king-size room with a long window seat enjoying sea views, and a pretty twin room, again with an inviting window seat looking out to sea. The accommodation also offers a delightful family bathroom.
Heading outside, a shared garden can be found to the front and back of the property, with outdoor bench seating at the front so you can enjoy the sea views or just sit on the grass with a picnic before you head onto the sandy beach. Private parking is available for two cars in an allocated bay.
