18th-century house with pool in Penedès vineyards

Five suites, over 700 m², and the entire house reserved for a single group: This house functions as a private boutique hotel in the Penedès region. Founded in 1754 as a paper mill and now designated a Catalan Architectural Heritage site, five years of restoration have transformed it into a destination in its own right.



The main kitchen, professional and spacious, is equipped for serious cooking, and the large living room invites guests to linger over after-dinner conversations. The greenhouse opens the house up to the sky: a wall of century-old stone, a glass ceiling, a plunge pool, a teppanyaki grill, and a barbecue. For movie nights, there is a private room with a 98-inch screen.



On the upper floor, the loft occupies a monumental space bathed in natural light—the very same area where paper was hung to dry nearly three centuries ago. Today it houses a living room, workspace, kitchen-bar, and a fully equipped gym with a yoga and meditation area beneath the same century-old beams.



Parès Baltà is 5 minutes away; Bodegas Torres, 10; Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the capital of Cava, less than 15. A 1,500-meter walk takes you to a natural waterfall nestled in the woods, and the turquoise pools of Els Pèlags del Foix are just an hour and a half away. Cyclists are well acquainted with these routes through vineyards and mountain passes, offering unforgettable views.
