About this house rental
Modern 2-bedroom house (45 m²) newly built in 2026, ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for relaxation and nature.
Features a landscaped yard, deck, and outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh air. Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, 10 km from Cerro Catedral, 8 km from downtown, and 11 blocks from Playa Bonita.
Equipped with everything you need for your comfort: washing machine, Wi-Fi, 2 43" TVs, fully stocked kitchen and tableware, roller and blackout curtains, cool in summer and warm in winter, and folding desks for a home office.
The space
Its prime location allows for quick access to Playa Bonita (11 blocks). Lake Gutiérrez is 6 km away, Lake Moreno is 9 km away, Cerro Catedral is 10 km away, and Colonia Suiza is 14 km away, with the added benefit of alternative routes that avoid traffic congestion on Av. Bustillo.
For sports enthusiasts, there is a recreational trail (for bicycles and pedestrians) 6 blocks away that leads to Lake Gutiérrez, the Virgen de las Nieves trail is 3 km away, and a “Sport Club” gym is two blocks away. You can also rent bicycles or a kayak from the owners.
If you don’t have your own transportation, we can arrange your transfers.
Or you can rent our bicycles (available in sizes for various ages) or our kayak for personal use.
Ideal for a family of up to 4 people or two couples. For larger groups, a fold-out bed and a sofa bed in the living room are available (please coordinate in advance).
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two configurations: two 1½-place beds or a queen-size bed with an extra pillow for added comfort.
Each bedroom features a 43" Smart TV, roller and blackout curtains, a closet, a fold-down desk for a laptop, a nightstand, and outlets plus spotlights next to the beds.
The living-dining room features a sofa bed, a table with four chairs, a fold-down desk with an additional chair, electrical outlets next to the armchairs, roller and blackout curtains for complete privacy, and carefully designed lighting with spotlights and LED lights.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven and stovetop, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a full set of dishes, designed for comfortable cooking.
Outside, a private deck with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy the garden and the surrounding forest.
The home also features constant hot water, underfloor heating and radiators, and double-pane windows, ensuring thermal and acoustic comfort year-round.
Linens are provided; please do not remove them from the property.
Guest Access
The property has a fully concrete parking area and an access path to the house.
The deck is for guests’ exclusive use.
The garden is shared with us, the owners.

Before you book, we think it’s important to let you know a few things to avoid any unexpected surprises:
Access to the property and the house itself is not recommended for people with limited mobility or those of very large build. There is a path with a ramp designed for carrying luggage, but the distance from the parking lot to the house is about 30 meters with a slight incline.
The house is newly built, and some details are still being finalized:
The property does not yet have a gate. This means there is no physical barrier between the sidewalk and the parking area provided on the property.
Some construction materials and missing details can be seen on the exterior.
Inside, only the baseboards and door frames remain to be installed.
The property has a safe with a resettable combination for added peace of mind during your stay. However, please note that the owners are not responsible for any belongings stored inside the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
