Relax in this newly refurbished flat just a five-minute stroll from the sea. In the heart of Mali Losinj’s Old Town this ground-floor apartment for 3 makes an idyllic holiday retreat. Whether you want to relax on the beach or enjoy many of the activities available on Losinj, you are in the perfect spot to experience everything the island has to offer.
The apartment is stylishly decorated with contemporary pieces. The open-plan living space is furnished with a sofa and a dining table. Large glass doors open directly onto the shaded courtyard terrace, which serves as an outdoor sitting room. This area includes two sofas and sun loungers. Back inside, the kitchen is adjacent to the living area, separated by a small breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.
Sleeping
Bedroom: The bedroom is separated from the living area by a wooden screen. It is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable single bed.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a shower, a basin and WC.

Location
Losinj is one of the largest islands in the Adriatic, and although it remains unspoiled by development, there are plenty of adventures to be had. Mali Losinj dates from the 12th Century, and is famous for its large harbour. The town is blessed with some beautiful Renaissance buildings, churches and monasteries. The Museum of Apoxyomenos is dedicated to an ancient Greek statue which is almost completely intact. The Aromatic Garden is not only a fragrant retreat but also serves delicious local food.
For self-catering, in addition to supermarkets, there is a small daily market in Mali Losinj and an excellent fish market where you can purchase the freshest fish to cook at home.
There are several water-sports schools on the island where visitors can learn to sail, windsurf or surf, and the pristine sea means that there is excellent visibility for snorkelling and scuba diving. Away from the water you can parachute, rock climb and take a cycle tour through unspoiled countryside.
Rijeka Airport is the nearest airport, reached via a ferry (2 hours 10 minutes) or Pula Airport (3 hours 5 minutes), via a longer ferry journey.
