Sunny charming 3-bedroom home in Bulli – the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make special memories with family and friends.
Available from mid-July to the end of September, this beautifully curated three-bedroom house is full of warmth, colour, art, and personality. Enjoy light-filled living spaces, comfortable bedrooms, and a lush garden that's perfect for morning coffee, long lunches, or lazy afternoons in the sun.
The space
The house has three beautiful sunny and comfortable bedrooms, the main has an en-suite with a bathtub overlooking a flowering hedge. There are two bathrooms. There is a gorgeous office space surrounded by plants if you need to get some work done. There is an open kitchen and lounge room and a formal dining room.
Our backyard is delightful and very private surrounded by a large hedge. There are many pockets in the garden to follow the sun including a small rainforest You'll love the lounge that has views of the escarpment and many native birds come into the garden to enjoy the flowers.
Some of our favourite spots are: The Heritage Hotel , Resin Brewing , Timbermill Cafe & Park Road Garage (all within walking distance).
Macauleys Beach and Sandon point beach are only a 20 min walk or a 3 min drive away. Sandon Point has heritage-listed boat sheds which is one of the local's favourite spots for a dip.
If you prefer the bush over beach or want to stay cool under the canopy of the forest, head to the top of the road (2-min drive) and you'll find access to hundreds of kilometers of bush tracks,
