Comfortable and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 people in a calm environment, ideal for fully enjoying the beaches and emblematic landscapes of the region.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing moments in the open air. A 22 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good meals and savour beautiful sunny days in a friendly setting.



Inside, discover a warm and bright living space with a view of the garden. The lounge, furnished with two sofas/benches, two comfortable armchairs, a decorative fireplace and a television, invites you to relax after a day of cycling on the island. The dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 5 guests to share good meals together. The open and well-equipped kitchen is located just next door and includes: gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as everything you need to cook as if you were at home.



On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms located upstairs:

- Bedroom 1: one Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 2: 3 single beds (90x190)



A bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet are located on the ground floor.



A private parking space is at your disposal on the grounds of the house.
