Bright 4 room apartment (125sqm) on the ground floor of a chalet built in 2001, located in a calm and sunny area with a breath taking view of the Saanenland. 5 minutes walking distance to the centre and train station of Schönried and the ski area Horneggli. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking and skiing. Spacious terrace and garden to relax and enjoy the magnificent mountain area. 2 parking spaces in the garage. In winter 4 wheel drive or snow chains are recommended.

Well equipped living room with sofa, small table, TV (55 inch) with DVD-player, radio/CD-player, WiFi and dining area with table for 8 persons.
