The Ledge was reasonably clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything that you will need to prepare any meal. Appeared recently upgraded. I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the home. That was my fault for not noticing that the site didn’t say that it had air conditioning. I stayed there in mid April, the upstairs was warm. There were some very nice extras that I wasn’t expecting. This would be the perfect winter time retreat.

Family trip to a sporting event in Emmittsburg, MD. Space was very good and kitchen well equipped. Having two floors with bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces worked out well.

The property is really nice with plenty of space and a nice view. We really enjoyed staying here. Everything is good except the approach road leading to the property. It could become treacherous in wintry or foggy weather. The shower glass in the bathroom could be cleaner.
