The space
We are situated on the end of a beautiful quiet cul-de-sac in a prestigious location, 2 of our bedrooms overlook the stunning Elmdon Park which is just steps away.
Parking - Huge driveway, will fit 2 LWB Vans or 4/5smaller vehicles.
Downstairs: Upon entering from the beautiful entry way, you will find the stairs up ahead, the downstairs bedroom to your right - Double bed sleeping 2.
To the left as you walk on, is the formal living room, comfortably seating 6 to 8 guests. 55 inch new Smart Tv, coffee table, perfect for social gatherings.
This room connects to the new extension, the large open plan kitchen and living area, more seating, 65 Inch QLED TV, media wall with stunning venetian plastering feature wall, and more seating in here. Dining table overlooks the garden, comfortably seating 10 guests.
High spec kitchen with ample storage. Oven, Grill, microwave all integrated appliances. We have ample cookware, dinnerware.
Utility area: Washing machine, dryer, boiler and more storage.
Large American fridge freezer, small appliances include: Air fryer, blender, hand mixer, kettle and toaster.

Larger pots and pans to actually cook.
Basics supplied: Cooking oils, herbs and spices, tea, coffee, sugar, herbal teas and a few extras to help get our guests started.
Cleaning: Professionally cleaned. At the house guests will always have: Cleaning products, hoover, mop, broom etc.
Bathrooms - 1 en-suite within the master bedroom.
1 Full bathroom, separate bath and separate shower.
3 toilets, 2 upstairs 1 downstairs.
All bathrooms will have toilet roll, toilet gel, brushes, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner body wash, hand wash etc. We also provide some extras!
Bedrooms Upstairs:
Bedroom 1
Back master bedroom over-looking the park, beautiful views, king-size bed, large chaise to relax and enjoy the view from the huge windows, and extra seating too. En-suite.
Bedroom 2 - 1 Double bed, wardrobe for clothes storage, bedside storage, lamps etc
Bedroom 3 - Double bed, clothes storage etc. This room also overlooks views of the park.
Bedroom 4 Double bed, dresser/Desk, bedside tables, lamps and reading material.
All beds and furniture is new, upgraded orthopaedic mattresses.
Garden - Beautiful garden which connects to the park, leading guests to the park via gate, take walks to the canal, pubs, coffee shops, and a boat into town! Pure bliss!
Lastly guests will also have the use of a hot tub in our garden, due to the location and house positioning, no privacy issues.

We are strictly a non-smoking house & no pets are allowed.
Booked guests only, numbers must be correct or bookings could be cancelled.
