Mas Goya is situated on a terraced hillside amidst olive trees, pine trees, wild rosemary, and thyme, on a quiet residential lane just under a kilometer from one of France's most beautiful hill-top villages, Tourtour. The village has a boulangerie, small supermarket, traditional market, several restaurants, and a rustic olive mill. There are numerous local country walks.



Nearby are the market towns of Aups, Villecroze, Salernes, Lorgues, and Flayosc. The area is an excellent wine-producing region with local vineyards and tasting opportunities. Day trips to the Gorges du Verdon and the lavender fields of the Haut Var are highly recommended. The coast is 25 km away, a 45–60 minute drive.



Mas Goya is a spacious villa on 2.5 acres with a private swimming pool, boules pitch, and floodlit tennis court. Its raised location at 650 m provides exceptional views from the terraces. Fibre internet provides excellent WiFi.



The villa has 5 bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 air-conditioned double with ensuite bathroom and 1 air-conditioned twin/double with ensuite shower room; on the lower floor, 2 further air-conditioned twin/double rooms each with ensuite facilities. A fifth room has 2 bunk beds for children or teenagers, sharing a nearby bathroom. Sleeps 8 adults, plus 2–4 children.



House Rules: Lead guest must be aged 25 or over. No pets. No smoking. Minimum stay 5 nights. No youth groups, stag parties, or hen parties.
