About this apartment rental
Bring the whole crew to a stretch of Maui where the beach is not an outing, it is part of the day. This two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condo sleeps six and gives families or friends room to spread out just steps from the Kihei shoreline. Start with a sand-between-your-toes walk, return for breakfast from the full kitchen, then decide between the beach, the shared pool, or a hot-tub reset. Central air conditioning, WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and a lanai make the in-between moments easy, while the shared grill is ready for a sunset dinner together. Kihei's beach parks, markets, and casual restaurants are close by, and Maalaea Harbor makes a great group outing. It is a practical, beach-first home base for guests who want the days full and the evenings unhurried.
The Space:
This two-bedroom condo gives up to six guests the space to regroup without losing the easygoing beach-trip feeling. The air-conditioned interior includes a full kitchen for family breakfasts and simple dinners, plus a private lanai for taking the gathering outside. WiFi and an in-home washer and dryer are the useful details that keep a larger group's stay running smoothly.
Guest Access:
Guests at Sugar Beach Resort enjoy access to the shared communal pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills right along the shore in Kihei. The building offers an elevator, disabled parking spot, and accessible-height features for easy access. Beach access and landscaped grounds with a garden round out the on-site amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Sugar Beach Resort sits on a long stretch of sand between North Kihei and Maalaea. Start with a barefoot shoreline walk, then head south for Kihei's casual cafes, markets, and beach days. Maalaea Harbor is nearby for a boat outing or the Maui Ocean Center, while Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge offers a quieter change of pace. This is South Maui for travelers who want the water close, easy outings, and a softer rhythm than central Kihei.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
Other Things to Note:
Smoking is not allowed on the lanai. Parking: unassigned parking is available for one car in the open community lot. Street parking is not permitted. This single-level condo is located on the fifth floor. An elevator is available.
