The condo had everything we needed. We used a provided cooler daily, beach chairs and umbrella several times. It's a wonderful location, close to everything on the Kailua Kona coast. The covered pool area pavilion is always cool and breezy. A few things could use an update, but it was clean and comfortable.

Dryer doesn’t dry well. A/c inadequate. Water sometimes near toilet. Think coming from locked closet. Place was adequate, but not nearly as modern as appeared in pictures. Felt misleading. Suited its purposes. Upstairs neighbors noisy, sounds like moving furniture at 10:30 at night, multiple nights.
