With a 70 m2 balcony, this is an accommodation with an incredible view of the Tarentaise valley.

5 to 7 minutes to reach the house, from the N90, located in a pretty hamlet "Le Villard".

• This pretty mid-mountain cottage, with its 580 meters of altitude, offers a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, a bed in the attic, a living room kitchen area to feel at home, and a modern and pleasant bathroom.
At your disposal also, a 70 m2 balcony, an outdoor view, a wooded and flowery environment to breathe the mountain air and enjoy the sun, the view, the tranquility and the calm.
• To treat yourself, a raclette and fondue set, and a plancha (for use outside) are at your disposal in the cottage.
You can prepare good dishes, the apartment has a hob, oven and microwave.
• Books to disconnect, and board games to spend lively evenings await you.
• Plans and information on the wonders of our regions are at your disposal. There are nice walks from the cottage.
• The cottage is quiet, on the edge of the forest, perfect for relaxing.
It is on the first floor of a chalet on two floors.
There may be tenants on the first floor. Please respect the tranquility of the place. We ask tenants to be calm and discreet.
• The 160 cm bed will be made on arrival. All you have to do is rest and enjoy.
Towels are provided.
• In the attic, a 140cm double bed. Be careful, there are no windows in the attic but a good fan.
• For pets, please let me know. In general it's ok.
• Free private parking. Your car is next to the cottage. A staircase leads to the access to the accommodation. • Convenient location to discover the mountains in summer and winter.
• Nice walks to do from the accommodation. On the opposite slope, the hike to the Col de la Bathie will take your breath away.
• Le Villard is a small mountain hamlet. The cottage is located in a street where two houses are inhabited all year round.
• Le Villard will reveal its drinking water fountains, its small chapel, its bread oven, and its Savoyard atmosphere.
• When the snow is there, the streets of Villard are generally very well cleared of snow...
• 10 km from Albertville, between Tarentaise, Beaufortain and Lauzière.
• A vehicle is very useful to get around and enjoy the region:
La Bâthie (5 km: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, producers' shop, cheese dairy), Albertville (10 km), Moûtiers (18 km), the spa of La Léchère (28 km), Annecy and its incredible lake (54 km), Chambéry and its elephant fountain (62 km).
The resorts of Tarentaise and Haute Tarentaise: Valmorel (29 km), Courchevel (33 km), La Plagne (36 km), Méribel (37 km), Les Saisies (44 km), Les Ménuires (44 km), Val Thorens (53 km), Les Arcs (72 km), Val d'Isère (78 km)...
