- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am

What a BEAUTIFUL property. Decor was amazing, the views from the porch are amazing! Very well appointed property. I would highly recommend! We enjoyed our stay very much.

We largely used the condo. There were so many things to do off site! The walls are thin. A seasonal renter was directly below us. Each morning, she had her TV on so loud that we nearly could make out the words. Also, she had 2 dogs that barked. When they did, it felt like they were virtually in our unit. Poor sound containment. Otherwise great!

This place is great. Clean and updated. Had all the things we needed for our girls weekend. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice and conveniently located. The nature trail across the street was so pretty and quiet. Good location to restaurants and other activities
