The holiday apartment in Seepark Sellin is a comfortable and tastefully furnished accommodation for up to three people. With a living space of 32 m², it is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. A special advantage is the daily, free use of the swimming pool in the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except between June 29 and September 14, 2026).

From Easter 2026, an attractive fitness program awaits you: Train your strength and endurance in a modern environment and enjoy the perfect combination of activity and relaxation. All fitness and training facilities are available to you free of charge.

The apartment is located in the Göhren building on the second floor and features a cozy bedroom, a bathroom, and a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, and bed linens. The balcony invites you to relax and offers a pleasant view of the surrounding area. A secure storage room is available for bicycles, and an underground parking space ensures convenient parking. A bread roll delivery service completes the amenities.

The location is excellent: shopping facilities and leisure activities such as mini-golf, a bakery, and the AHOI adventure park are all within easy walking distance. The beach, pier, ferry terminal, and bus stop are also easily accessible on foot. A security deposit of €100 is required and will be refunded within a few days of departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
