Welcome to our beautifully newly renovated luxury townhouse in Queenstown — designed for guests who value comfort, quality, incredible views, and a peaceful location just moments from the heart of town.
Positioned only two doors from the lake and less than an 8-minute walk to central Queenstown, our home offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity. You can enjoy easy access to restaurants, shopping, activities, and the waterfront while staying on the quieter side of town away from the crowds.
The property has been completely renovated to an exceptional standard with no expense spared. From the designer kitchen featuring Bosch appliances, stone benchtops, and waterfall island finishes, to the floor-to-ceiling tiled bathrooms and carefully curated luxury furnishings throughout, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a premium guest experience.
One of the standout features of the home is the breathtaking lake and mountain outlook. The top two levels enjoy wide open views across the water, while even the lower level captures partial lake views. Enjoy your morning coffee from the front balcony overlooking the lake, or relax on the larger rear balcony with outdoor dining during the warmer months.
This house is spread over three levels, making it a perfect space for families or couples.
Entry level (mid) has 2 x bedrooms - 1 x King (or 2 x singles on request at time of booking) and 1 x Queen with a King single bunk. 1 x bathroom
Lower level has a private Queen bedroom with Ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a fridge a microwave.
Upper level is the kitchen/dining area with balcony.
This home is designed for guests seeking a relaxed and high-end Queenstown experience — perfect for families, couples, or friends wanting to enjoy the beauty of Queenstown in comfort and peace.
This is not a party house. We welcome respectful guests who appreciate luxury accommodation, quiet surroundings, and quality living.
This is a strict `No Party` House. As a residential home you are asked to respect quiet hours between 8pm and 8am, and no balcony use between 10pm and 7am. Please note that the neighbours are long stay residents, and have direct contact with Harcourts Holiday Home to report excessive noise. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
NO SMOKING POLICY -室内外禁止吸烟 -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $60.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap.
The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
